The Warehouse Department is dedicated to providing professional services to support the academic process and goals of the Colleges. This is accomplished by providing timely and efficient customer service in the area of Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Control, and Materials Management.
For Iron Mountain document storage, document retrieval, and banker box/RFID label (material) requests, access the District Warehouse Work Request Portal here:
Login with your District email address and password, and then choose submit a Warehouse Request.
To request the disposal of surplus equipment, complete the Surplus Disposal Request Form below. The department must ensure surplus property has exhausted it's useful life and is not required for District purposes. Forms must be completed with the appropriate approvals or your disposal request will be denied. Email completed forms to: DO-Warehouse@sjeccd.edu
