To advance student success, Information Technology Services and Support (ITSS) provides reliable, relevant and secure IT services, support and resources for academic, administrative and student support services throughout San Jose-Evergreen Community College District.
ITSS is responsible for the maintenance and support of the following district-wide resources and services:
ITSS provides IT services and support for academic, administrative and student support services throughout the district. ITSS encourages as much user independence as is practical, providing support through one-on-one trainings, workshops and internal web resources.
The ITSS Help Desk is located at the District Office and operates Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday until 5:30 p.m.
