Information Technology Services & Support (ITSS) provides centralized IT services to the San Jose- Evergreen Community College District. ITSS provides Help Desk support for the colleges, Workforce Institute and District Office and is responsible for the following district-wide resources and services:
ITSS provides IT services and support for academic, administrative and student support services throughout the district. ITSS encourages as much user independence as is practical, providing support through one-on-one trainings, workshops and internal web resources.
The ITSS Help Desk is located at the District Office and operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and until 7:00 p.m. during the first two weeks of fall/spring terms.
