Precision Campus is our districts' main reporting tool of student data for use by employees and the public. Dashboards available in Precision Campus contain a variety of student data such as enrollments, retention, and awards.
The public may login to Precision Campus as a guest. SJECCD employees may login using their Single Sign On credentials. Employees have access to a greater number of dashboards and can view more drill down options.
All data are subject to Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Employees are not permitted to republish dashboard data in a way that violates FERPA allowable uses.
Anyone accessing Precision Campus has access to short training videos located in the top right corner of the dashboard.
