It is the bidder's/proposer's responsibility to ensure that the most complete and current version of the solicitation, including addenda, has been downloaded.

Effective in January, 2019, the San Jose Evergreen Community College District has adopted the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA). Per California PCC 22032, any public works project that is estimated to be above $60,000 and below $200,000 is subject to Informal Bidding Procedures set forth by CUPCCAA. Projects estimated to be above $200,000 are subject to Formal Bidding Procedures set forth by CUPCCAA.
The San Jose Evergreen Community College District (SJECCD) has adopted the California Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA) and Informal Bidding Procedures under CUPCCAA.
All licensed contractors are invited to submit the name of their firm to SJECCD for inclusion on SJECCD's list of qualified bidders for the 2021 calendar year.
All interested licensed contractors who are NOT ALREADY REGISTERED with PlanetBids are invited to register their company for inclusion on the District's List of Qualified Bidders for the 2021 calendar year. To be included on the District's List of Qualified Bidders, an interested contractor must provide, at minimum, their company name, address, and EIN; their contact name, email, and phone; and their CSLB license information. All interested licensed contractors who ARE ALREADY REGISTERED with the District on PlanetBids should verify and update their company information for the District's List of Qualified Bidders for the 2021 calendar year. Please login to PlanetBids and verify that your registration data (especially contact information and CSLB license information) is up to date.
The registration process is for the purpose of being notified of bid opportunities according to your license classification. To submit a Bid, a Contractor must be properly licensed by the CSLB and must be registered with the state DIR at the time of submitting the bid.
