The District is in the process of implementing a new authentication system for students to access Office 365. The new authentication system will use “Active Directory.” It will keep the same username (MyWeb login) that you currently use – however it will require the issuance of a new password. The new authentication system will also include a password registration and reset site to enable you to change your password online in the future. The new Active Directory (AD) password will be emailed to you on November 15, 2016 and will include information about how to register with the new online password reset system. You will need to use this new password in order to access Office 365 or the new password reset system as of November 15, 2016.

Evergreen Valley College and San Jose City College are providing Microsoft Office 365 to every student free of charge. This means the latest version of the full Office productivity suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and more available for online use to best prepare you for class. As long as you are a student and the program continues, you will be able to use this software for free.

d. On the installation page select your language and click install
2. For iOS and Android: a. Download from your app store •iPad: Word, Excel, PowerPoint •iPhone •Android b. Sign in with your school credentials for full editing capability
