ITSS Help desk - new & Exciting technology   

The ITSS Help Desk provides technology support to students, faculty, staff, managers and contractors at all SJECCD locations - EVC, SJCC, Milpitas Extension, District Office. Please submit your IT request online and it will be routed to a technical staff member to assist you. You may track the status, modify, and provide feedback on the service received.

Take some time to meet the new Ai Chatbot that is here to answer your questions 24/7 for all aspects of the Help Desk. The chatbot can be found in the bottom right hand corner of most of the SJECCD web pages. The chatbot is ready and able to answer all of your questions, and if unable to, will put you in contact with the department or staff member who can. The chatbot will send the complete transcript of your conversation to a designated staff member who will contact you in regards to your question. For immediate support, try the Knowledge Base.

​Moodle Discontinuance announcement

As of summer 2017, Canvas is the standard Learning Management System (LMS) for San José-Evergreen Community College District (SJECCD). Moodle has been discontinued as the co-standard LMS for SJECCD as of the end of spring 2017.
