Canvas is used for online courses at Evergreen Valley College and San Jose City College.​

Canvas Support for Students and Faculty

• Mon-Thu, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday until 5:30 p.m., contact the ITSS Help Desk at the ITSS Help Desk Portal, or call (408) 270-6411.
• AFTER HOURS: Chat with Canvas support (24x7): for assistance click on Faculty or Students. Create a Canvas support ticket by email, support@instructure.com. Mon-Fri, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and weekends (24x7), go to the ITSS Help Desk Portal or call the Canvas Support Hotline: EVC call 844-303-5596 and SJCC call 844-303-0353.
