Applications

​Overview

The ITSS Enterprise Applications group is located at the District Office. The Applications group is responsible for the ERP applications and related systems used by the District Office, San Jose City College, Evergreen Valley College and the Community College Center for Economic Mobility (CCCEM).

The primary administrative system is the Ellucian (formerly Datatel) Colleague system. Within the district, the Colleague system provides the following essential services to support students, faculty, staff and administrators:
