Information Technology Services & Support (ITSS) provides centralized services to the San Jose- Evergreen Community College District. ITSS provides Help Desk support for the colleges and District Office and is responsible for the following district-wide resources and services:
We support day-to-day activities in the administrative and academic offices at the District and both Colleges assisting them by meeting the ongoing demands for IT services and supporting student success. ITSS continues to encourage as much user independence as is practical, providing support through trainings, workshops and an intranet web site.
The department operates five days a week, supporting both District and College operations. Online interactive services and telephone support are available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The Help Desk is located at the District Office.
