It is the bidder's/proposer's responsibility to ensure that the most complete and current version of the solicitation, including addenda, has been downloaded.

Effective in January, 2019, the San Jose Evergreen Community College District has adopted the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA). Per California PCC 22032, any public works project that is estimated to be below $200,000 is subject to Informal Bidding Procedures set forth by CUPCCAA.
All interested licensed contractors are invited to register their company through PlanetBids for inclusion on the District's List of Qualified Bidders for the current calendar year.
The registration process is for the purpose of being notified of bid opportunities according to your license classification. To submit a Bid, a Contractor must be properly licensed by the CSLB and must be registered with the state DIR at the time of submitting the bid.
