Once registered, you will be able to:

    •       View and/or participate in District solicitations
    •       Maintain your own vendor profile
    •       Search for all bids and proposals
    •       Download documents
    •       Bid electronically (coming soon!)

Both formal and informal solicitations may be processed through our online system.  All responses are due at or before the time shown on each solicitation.  Late responses cannot be accepted.  It is the bidder's/proposer's responsibility to ensure that the most complete and current version of the solicitation, including addenda, has been downloaded.

Effective  in January, 2019, the San Jose Evergreen Community College District has adopted the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA).  Per California PCC 22032, any public works project that is estimated to be below $200,000 is subject to Informal Bidding Procedures set forth by CUPCCAA.

All interested licensed contractors are invited to submit their company for inclusion on the District's Informal Bidding Prequalification Contractor's List.  

Contractors who would like to be placed on the District's Informal Bidding Contractors List must complete the District's online Prequalification Application.  Access the Prequalification Application here:
