UPDATE 9-17-14 @ 2:30 pm: ITSS restored access to MyWeb/Colleague this morning and has been working with Ellucian to monitor the system and determine the cause. As of this afternoon, we have identified a potential issue that will require bringing the system down for 30 minutes to address. Given the urgency, we have scheduled the system maintenance to occur between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m. this evening.
MyWeb/Colleague will not be accessible from 5:30 to 6:00 p.m. today (9/17/14) for system maintenance.

Users cannot log into MyWeb and Colleague (“Datatel”) this morning and we are working to restore access. This problem arose yesterday and we have been working with Ellucian technical support to apply incremental steps to resolve it. We will continue this troubleshooting process and it may require restarting the system at various times throughout the day.
