Working on updating the certificate. As of 9-18-17 8:00 pm: The problem with email today has been resolved. We appreciate your patience. As of 9-18-17 5:30 pm: We are still working with the vendor to resolve issues with email. Update as of 9-6-17 12:15 p.m. The issues with the MyWeb website has been resolved. Thank you for your patience. If you have any lingering issues please contact the helpdesk firstname.lastname@example.org or call 408-270-6411. Update as of 9-6-17 8:30 a.m. Unfortunately, the maintenance activity and follow up activities did not resolve the slowness issue with logging into MyWeb. ITSS is continuing to work with Ellucian to resolve this issue. Meanwhile, students/faculty can log into MyWeb, it just takes a long time to obtain access. 9-5-17 @ 4:00 p.m. Although MyWeb has been accessible this afternoon, it takes much longer than normal to log in. Per Ellucian’s recommendation, ITSS will take MyWeb offline to run a utility to hopefully resolve this issue. MyWeb (Students/Faculty/Staff): MyWeb will be inaccessible during the maintenance period. Try to log in after 6:00 pm this evening. WebUI (Employee Colleague Users): If you already have a WebUI session open at 5:30 p.m., it should not be interrupted during the MyWeb maintenance, you can continue to use WebUI. However, during that time, you will not be able to start a new WebUI session.
