Sandra Dillon, Acting Vice Chancellor of Human Resources
Acting Vice Chancellor Dillon' duties are multipronged and include developing, implementing, and directing a comprehensive human resources program including managing labor relations, acting as the District's representative with legal counsel and as the conduit between legal counsel and the Chancellor, overseeing the equal employment opportunity/diversity program including discrimination or harassment complaints, and putting policies and procedures in place for consistency and equity in personnel and personnel-related matters.

Sam Ho, Director of Employment Services and Diversity
Reporting to the Vice Chancellor of Human Resources, Sam Ho oversees the employment services including applicant services operation. He provides training on equal employment opportunity, non-discrimination, diversity, recruitment and hiring process, policies and procedures. He co-chairs the District-wide EEO Advisory Committee; acts as a resource person for campus and district diversity related matters; and assures that screening committees, applicant/candidate pools, job announcements and related activities are reviewed and approved for compliance with legal mandates, policies and procedures, diversity and Equal Employment Opportunities.

MARICELA DISCH, DIRECTOR OF EMPLOYEE SERVICES
Reporting to the Vice Chancellor of Human Resources, Maricela Disch is responsible for providing leadership in the management and administration of personnel policies and practices. She works closely with the colleges and various departments to meet their Human Resources needs; and facilitates good employee relations by consulting with all levels of District staff and union representatives on employment issues. She oversees the implementation of the performance evaluation process, assists in the implementation of required training; and coordinates with the Information Systems department for the continuous improvement of the human resources information system used for the management of employee records.
