    • Thank you for your interest in part-time/adjunct faculty employment opportunities at the San Jose/Evergreen Community College District, consisting of two colleges:  Evergreen Valley College, and San Jose City College.

    Applications for part-time/adjunct faculty opportunities are included in application pools for review by the hiring managers and authorized representatives on an ongoing basis in order to fill available vacant part-time positions, as needed, at anytime during the year.

    Therefore, it is very important that you timely submit complete required documents including your cover letter, resume, and transcripts for stated degrees along with your online Part-Time/Adjunct Faculty Position Applications.

    IMPORTANT NOTES ON EDUCATION REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
    Degree(s) must have been awarded by a college or university accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Council on Post-Secondary Accreditation and/or the U.S. Department of Education. All degrees and credits earned outside the United States must have a U.S. evaluation (course by course) of the transcripts, must be submitted with the completed District's Equivalency Application form, and must be submitted with the online application.
